December 1, 1955—May 8, 2007
Jeff was born and raised in Pueblo County, and was a longtime farmer in Avondale. He was diagnosed with diabetes as a teenager and for the next 40 years did what he loved to do: pitched horseshoes, listened to good music and spent time with his family and friends. The 1st Pueblo Prevent-a-thon is dedicated to Jeff and others like him who live a full life with diabetes on a daily basis.
