Health-E-Solutions KioskThe Pueblo Community Diabetes Project (PCDP) and the Colorado Prevention Center (CPC) are proud to provide the Pueblo community with unique devices that allow individuals to learn more about their own risk of diabetes and heart disease.

A combined effort of the PCDP and CPC, the kiosks are self-contained, interactive touch-screen centers that provide users with information on diabetes, cardiovascular health, and how to reduce the risks of each. Users will also be able to take a personalized look at how changes in lifestyle can improve their health.

The kiosks are designed to increase interaction between users and their medical providers by increasing the awareness and subsequent treatment of risk factors related to diabetes and heart disease.
